The CDC takes the needs of enterprises and students into consideration to supply convenient, effective, and diversified services for all parties involved.

Enterprise Presentations

On-campus presentations are an effective way for employers to build their reputation and meet our students. According to the needs of enterprises, the CDC offers opportunities for communication between students and enterprises.

Job Posting

The CDC sends job information through the Antai campus LAN and BBS for soon-to-be graduates, and sends resumes of students to enterprises. Enterprises can also contact qualified students directly in order to get more detailed information.

Information Sharing

Strategic partners are linked to the front page of the CDC, so that our graduates can easily learn more information about them. These strategic partners have priority in selecting our students as potential employees.

Companies Visiting

Companies arrange visits for our students in order to attract talent, and help them to understand their working environment. After visiting, students can get an all-round understanding of these enterprises.

Career Mentor Program

Antai hires CEOs and professional managers as occupational tutors for 2-3 students. Mentors are responsible for guiding students in their career development. Enterprises that participate in this program will have priority in hiring our students. Those who want to apply for this project should download the application form, and send it toatcdc@sjtu.edu.cn.
